On Thursday, January 15th, Alpharetta High School’s FBLA chapter hosted and competed in the Region Leadership Conference. Continuing a 10-year streak, our chapter earned the Region 9 Sweepstakes Award for having the most competitors qualify for the State Leadership Conference beating Northview and Johns Creek. Formerly known as the Sweepstakes Award, this honor is now named after Mr. Thomas Hatcher in recognition of his 15 years of dedication to FBLA.

Prom Tickets Sold Online via GoFan Ticket Dates & Prices: - 2/1 – 2/28: $85 each
- 3/1-3/30: $90 each
- 4/14 – 4/17: $99 each
- 4/18: $100 per ticket
- NOTE: Juniors and seniors may purchase up to 2 tickets total (including 1 for themselves). Outside guests and underclassmen must attend with an AHS junior or senior and the AHS junior or senior must purchase their ticket for them. Outside guests or underclassmen cannot purchase a ticket. No refunds!! Students must bring their physical AHS student ID to prom.

This is a wonderful opportunity to submit applications without the added cost of application fees. Dual Enrollment Students interested in participating in Dual Enrollment should self-enroll in the AHS 26-27 Dual Enrollment Canvas Classroom for all important dates and documents. 10th Grade Bridge Bill & Advisement – Coming Next Week
Next week, our 10th Grade Bridge Bill activities will begin. Students will participate in scheduled advisement sessions on March 3rd, March 5th, and March 6th. These sessions help students explore career interests, review graduation planning tools, and continue building their academic and postsecondary readiness.
ATTENTION FRESHMAN CLASS
Alpharetta High School counselors will be presenting the 9th Grade Bridge Bill lesson to all 9th‑grade students on February 23, 24, 25, and March 4, 2026, during their math classes. This lesson supports students in career awareness and exploration as part of the state‑required Bridge Law activities. Check your email from Ms. Taylor and IC messenger for more information.

🎓 AHS Foundation Scholarship Applications Are Open! The AHS Foundation awards scholarships to graduating seniors who demonstrate excellence, leadership, service, and commitment in areas that reflect our school and community values.
Application window: January 13 – February 28, 2026 Five scholarships awarded | $1,000 each | One scholarship awarded per pillar Scholarship pillars include Academics, Arts, Athletics, Altruism, and CTAE. Students may choose and apply under one pillar.

AHS Women's Soccer Fundraiser - Wed. 2/25 |
Raider Athletic Showcase - Thurs. 3/26
The AHS Athletic Association proudly presents a night of sports at Alpharetta High School! The Raider Athletic Showcase will inspire our students to take that next step and join AHS athletics. The night will begin with a motivating keynote speaker encouraging middle and high school students to participate in sports and explaining the social, physical and academic benefits to our parents and students. Parents and athletes will have the opportunity to engage with teams and coaches from every sport available at Alpharetta High School including feeder programs. Information regarding workouts, tryouts, summer camps and more will be available.
Current and prospective students are welcome, multisport athletes are encouraged at Alpharetta High School. This community wide event invites parents and students, in rising 6th - 12th grade to attend. Door prizes, AHS swag and ten all season sport passes (your ticket into AHS athletics for the 2026-2027 year!) are all up for grabs at this fun event. Thursday, March 26th 6 - 8 pm Alpharetta High School Gymnasium Door prizes, giveaways and a whole lot of RAIDER PRIDE!
