Spring Final Exams
AP Exam Volunteers Needed

Looking for an easy way to support our AP students?
We’re seeking parent volunteers to assist with AP exam supervision this spring! Your role is simple: be present for the full exam and help monitor students while they test. A head proctor will be in the room to guide you and answer any questions when you arrive.

This is one of the biggest testing operations of the year, and your help makes a huge difference!
Sign up by clicking here

If you have any questions, please reach out to Michelle Copeland at copelandm2@fultonschools.org.

Media Center Parent Volunteer (Interior Design)

We’re excited to announce a refresh of our Media Center and are seeking creative input from our school community. If you have experience in interior decorating—or simply enjoy designing warm, functional, and inviting spaces—we would love your ideas.

We are looking for a parent volunteer who can:

• Visit the Media Center to get a sense of the space

• Share ideas for layout, décor, and overall atmosphere

• Offer practical suggestions that align with a school environment

If you’re interested in contributing, please contact Jimmy McMahan, Media and Educational Tech Instructor, at mcmahanj@fultonschools.org to coordinate a time. Thank you for supporting our students and helping us create an inspiring learning environment!
