EOC testing is April 28th - May 2nd. Any student who is enrolled in a course requiring an EOC (Algebra C&C, Biology, US History, 11th (American) Lit/Comp) is required to take the EOC. The altered bell schedule and testing schedule is below. These are regular school days after testing concludes. If students will be absent from classes, please follow standard attendance policies. More information can be found on the EOC Testing Website.

ACTION ITEM: Make sure you come to testing with your FCS device all ready and updated! No device = no testing.

Final Exam/Gradable Experience Information

Please visit the AHS Spring Final Exam Website as information will be posted as it becomes available or necessary to update.

AP Testing Information

Attention students! If you are taking an AP exam in May, please review the following information/resources:

  • Students, MAKE SURE you are registered in AP classroom. If you are not, please contact Mr. Bolin ASAP.
  • AP Website. Please bookmark and refer to this frequently for the most up-to-date information.
    • IMPORTANT: ALL STUDENTS taking AP Exams are required to have an FCS-issued device. NO PERSONAL DEVICES are permitted.
  • AP Testing Schedule, for you to know when you are testing based on the AP course you are taking.
  • AP Testing Graphic below – VERY IMPORTANT to read through. Can be found HERE as well.

AP testing season is here, and we’re looking for volunteers to help proctor exams. Your support allows our teachers to remain in their classrooms, continuing to serve students where they’re needed most.

All parent volunteers will be paired with a trained teacher proctor and will help with distributing testing materials and general supervision during the exams.

We truly appreciate our strong parent partnership—your involvement makes a huge difference!

FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Seniors have 3 ways to request their final transcript to be sent to colleges.

  • The Common App Final Report is a mandatory form that must be submitted by a high school counselor to a college after a student has received all their admission decisions and has chosen to attend the specific institution. This report contains the student's final grades and transcript, ensuring the college has a complete picture of their academic record.

*AHS Counselors will upload final reports for all students with a submitted Common App application.

  • Scrib Order

For students who did not apply to college through Common App, should request your transcript via  https://fultonga.scriborder.com/.

  • Georgia Futures

Log into your GA Futures account at www.gafutures.org. Click the “MY HIGHSCHOOL TRANSCRIPT” located in GREEN on the left side of the page. Follow the prompts to select your school and click SEND, on or after June 5th, 2025.

Reserve Premium Seats for Graduation – Bid by April 25

Senior Parents,

Reserve Premium Seats for Graduation – Bid by April 25

Only five rows available. Submit your bid to secure the best view of your senior’s big day!

The AHS Foundation is once again auctioning reserved upfront seating for graduation. These seats will put you in the perfect spot to capture one of your senior’s most important moments. This will be an online auction for five reserved rows: Rows 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Reserved Row Details:
 Row 1: 12 seats
 Row 2: 12 seats
 Row 3: 13 seats
 Row 4: 14 seats
 Row 5: 15 seats

Please note: Winning a reserved row does not increase the number of graduation tickets your senior receives. Each senior is still allotted 10 tickets total. If you plan to use more seats than your ticket allotment allows, you must coordinate with other families to obtain additional tickets.

The Process: There will be two rounds of bidding:

Round 1:
Submit your bid with your name, email, phone number (optional), your senior’s name, and your bid amount by clicking this link:
The minimum bid amount is $100. You will receive an email confirmation of your bid. Bids are due by Friday, April 25 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Only one bid per senior will be considered. Families may not submit multiple bids to win more than one row.

Round 2: The top ten bidders will be notified by email no later than Saturday, April 26. You will receive the highest bid amount and can revise your bid by replying to the notification email. Final bids are due by Thursday, May 1 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The five highest bidders will be granted reserved seats in Rows 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Winners will be notified directly by Friday, May 2, well in advance of the graduation ceremony.

Why It Matters: Proceeds from this auction support the AHS Foundation, which contributes over thirty thousand dollars annually toward Academics, Arts, Athletics, and Service. The Foundation also awards five scholarships to graduating seniors each year.

About the AHS Foundation: The AHS Foundation was established as a fundraising and grant-awarding body working in conjunction with AHS administration, school clubs, and organizations. The Foundation supports the four pillars of Alpharetta High School as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

The Four Pillars Supported by the AHS Foundation:
• Academics – Advance the quality of education through programs that support both students and teachers
• Arts – Fund initiatives that elevate the many art communities at AHS
• Athletics – Provide resources for sports programs, including facilities and equipment needs
Altruism – Promote service to the community by students, teachers, and staff

The AHS Foundation is a member of the National Association of Education Foundations and has provided more than $700,000 in funding to support all four AHS pillars since 2009. Continued support from parents, the community, and corporate partners is essential to maintaining Alpharetta High School’s standing as one of the top 10 schools in Georgia.

Thank you for supporting the Class of 2025.
