Co-Presidents | Works with the administration and VPs to execute the yearly plan/calendar of events (8 meetings per year, usually scheduled during lunch) |
Parliamentarian | Appointed in July |
Secretary | Ensures minutes are taken and other meeting organizational duties as needed |
Treasurer | Budget, expenses, monthly reporting, membership filing with GAPTA, taxes, state incorporation, etc. |

ENN newsletter, website updates and Twitter communications (Easily can be done in the evenings) |
VP Family Involvement |
9/11 Flag Dedication (organize volunteer team) Campus Beautification Senior Events (2 co-chairs) + Sr events Treasurer |
VP Financial Support | Organizes membership drive in Fall, ends October 1st, 95% collection done via electronic payments. |

Staff Appreciation Week (Chair + volunteers) Honors Night Newcomer Breakfast Student Snack Days Staff Hospitality events (4 lunches, 4 snacks per year) |

Volunteer Coordination (set up Signupgenius): AP Testing, Device Distribution, Attendance Front Office, Front Office, Media Center, Textbook Distribution, Others as needed |
