| Co-Presidents | Works with the administration and VPs to execute the yearly plan/calendar of events (8 meetings per year, usually scheduled during lunch) |

| Secretary | Ensures minutes are taken and other meeting organizational duties as needed |
| Treasurer | Budget, expenses, monthly reporting, membership filing with GAPTA, taxes, state incorporation, etc. |
